US National Guardsman and His Cousin Arrested for Trying to Join ISIS, Authorities Say

Jigawa State Has The Highest level of PVCs Distribution - INEC

Following the shift of dates of the 2015 general elections and subsequent extension for the collection of Permanent Voter Cards (PVC) to March 8, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) said it has so far recorded 78.93% distribution of the PVCs to registered voters in different states across the country.
